Cute private studio! I absolutely loved my stay at this cute little studio! The unit is detached and has its own patio that made it so homey. Teryn was very attentive and so so kind while I was staying there. Very responsive any time I had a question! And the family who lived in the main house was so sweet and always kept an eye out for my mail. This was my first travel nursing contract and I only brought my clothes and essentials, but she had everything else I needed. Dishes, towels, sheets, etc. Plus I could walk to coffee, CVS, and the beach. The location is great! I would highly recommend this place to any of my fellow travel nurses. Juliet, Traveling RN
This studio was perfect for my 3 months in Ventura during my travel nurse contract. It’s tucked behind a house so it felt private and safe. While it was a smaller studio it didnt ever feel like it! The layout is perfect to make it feel spacious and theres a lot of storage. The kitchen was my favorite part as I cook a lot and there was a lot of counter space for prep and an oven. It was very close to my facility and a quick drive to the beach. All in all great place, would definitely stay here again if I had another contract here! Hannah, traveling RN
I can not recommend this place enough! Very new and clean space in a safe quiet neighborhood. The private outdoor area is spacious. Full size stocked kitchen allows tenants to prepare any meal they desire. Very very bikable – less than 2 miles to downtown area and the beach. The landlord is very responsive and kind. Really enjoyed my stay at this cute, peaceful studio. It is beautifully appointed and feels light, clean, and cozy. Teryn is a wonderful landlord who has thought of everything a traveler could need in this space. This is a sweet cozy studio in mid-town. It is minutes away from the center of town and the beach. It is very private and quiet. The inside has very nice furnishings and the layout is very light and open. This is a very clean and modern space. I love the out door yard area as well, it is very peaceful and quiet. — Reimee, RN
You will feel like you are on vacation every day! A wonderful little oasis in California’s best kept secret coastal beach town. The spa-like bathroom has wonderful lighting and shower water pressure. The heated fan makes for comfortable early morning risers. There’s AC and heat plus is fan – perfect for every need. Gobs of storage space, the bed and linens are super comfortable, everything you need for cooking plus coffee and tea setup, so easy to keep organized and clean.
