The studio lives large with numerous options to store your personal items, clothes and shoes. There’s a clothes closet with shelves, under-bed space plus two very large drawers and a storage chest.

The bathroom vanity has white lighting with a magnifying mirror, numerous drawers and shelf space. The luxurious shower has fantastic water pressure, a large niche for your products and a wonderful ceiling heater and fan.

The very comfortable Queen bed has reading lamps, spacious side tables, delightful bedding and lovely linens. Bedside USB outlets too!

Highlights of the kitchen include lots of pots and pans, most every cooking gadget you will ever need plus a Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, French Press, microwave, blender, toaster, salad bowls and serving trays.

Whether relaxing outside and basking in the rising or setting sun, enjoying a meal or morning coffee, you’ll love the outdoor patio and the small beautifully landscaped yard.

Worth mentioning: window and door shades, Roku TV, AC & Heat, ceiling fan, Bluetooth speaker, full-length mirror, every fast fiber-optic internet and lots of easy off-street parking.

Ventura and the surrounding areas have so much to offer. Hiking, surfing, festivals, restaurants & cafes, shopping, and sight-seeing. This is a sweet cozy studio in mid-town. It is minutes away from the center of town and the beach. It is very private and quiet. You will feel like you are on vacation every day! A wonderful little oasis in California’s best kept secret coastal beach town. The spa-like bathroom has wonderful lighting and shower water pressure. The heated fan makes for comfortable early morning risers. There’s AC and heat plus is fan – perfect for every need. Gobs of storage space, the bed and linens are super comfortable, everything you need for cooking plus coffee and tea setup, so easy to keep organized and clean.
