I can not recommend this place enough! Very new and clean space in a safe quiet neighborhood. The private outdoor area is spacious. Full size stocked kitchen allows tenants to prepare any meal they desire. Very very bikable – less than 2 miles to downtown area and the beach. The landlord is very responsive and kind. Mid-Town Cottage with Pool
My day starts by flicking on my computer and going through the new inventory of houses for sale. If I see something one of my buyers might be interested in, I send along an email, make a phone call or schedule a time to preview the property. (I’ll repeat this obsession of looking about 5-6 times by end of day.)
Then I flip to my numerous links and check all the rental inventory.
Recently, I came across this delightful rental property located in mid-town Ventura. It’s a two bedroom bungalow with a fireplace, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, spacious eating area, living room and terrific back deck. What peaked my interest was the POOL tucked behind a very sweet cabana.
