In addition, the top fastest-selling markets (% of homes selling in two weeks or less) are all in California:

San Joes 55.9%

Ventura 51.7%

San Francisco 46.8%

Los Angeles 41.4%

San Diego 40.9%

Inland Empire 40.6%
