My Client’s Review

After a recent transaction, I received a note from my client. This is such a sweet, sweet testimonial, I just had to share:

Emma Avenue – Sold in 6 Days

480 S. Emma Avenue sold at asking price of $369,000, just a few days after coming onto the market.

(I’d be happy to share their names with you!)  The final step was to stage the house to make the home more inviting while buyers toured through. read more

Don’t leave any questions about the integrity of your electrical system and make sure all fixtures work properly and safely. read more
