Ventura Beachtown Affordability at it Best
There are currently 337 residential properties on the market in the Ventura area. The average home has 3 bedrooms and 2.32 bathrooms, is 1665 square feet, has been on the market 135 days and is $588,319. The most expensive home on the market is a 10 bedroom beach home priced at $5,950,000 that came on the market last Fall of 2010.
What does your Dream House look like?
There were quite a few homes on caravan today and I managed to see quite a few. Amongst the long list, there were a few bank owned properties that were a bit rough, a beach house with a terrific third story rooftop deck view, a very nice house offered through the city housing program, a downtown view condo, and my favorite of today – a tucked-away vintage home on a 13,000 square foot lot.
